**Active TS/SCI w/ Poly required**

• Working assignment off helpdesk JIRA ticketing system
• Monitor resolved helpdesk tickets and call-in records to ensure all pertinent information is provided
• Follow-up on tickets that have reached a time threshold for time between updates
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation
• Assist in gathering other statistics and producing reports as needed/requested
• Add frequently asked questions to the current lists for end users
• Resolve troubleshooting issues presented by end users over the phone

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
• Two years’ experience working with Windows and Unix environments
• Experience supporting complex operational software system including trouble shooting and problems solving
• Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long term requirements
• Candidate must be highly organized, thorough, self-motivated, proactive and outgoing. Extensive collaboration with project personnel and partner/customer groups is required – Strong communications skills is a must
• Ability to work 40 hours/week 8:30 – 5pm a must


Desired Skills:
• Familiar with SQL
• Familiar with Bash scripting

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
